Recipe - Spicy Sardine Curry Recipe :

  1. Sauté Base : Heat oil and sauté onions until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cooking for 1 minute.
  2. Add Tomatoes & Spices : Stir in pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil separates. Add turmeric, red chili, coriander, and cumin powders. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add Sardines : Add canned or fresh sardines, gently stirring to coat with the spices. Add water if needed.
  4. Simmer : Cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Ensure fresh sardines are cooked through.
  5. Finish & Serve : Add garam masala, adjust salt, and squeeze lemon. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice or bread.
