Recipe - Spicy Grilled Mackerel :

  1. Marinate : Mix olive oil, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and spices. Score the mackerel and rub the marinade all over. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat Grill : Preheat grill or pan to medium-high and lightly oil.
  3. Grill : Grill mackerel for 5-6 minutes per side until crispy and cooked through.
  4. Serve : Rest briefly, garnish with coriander, and serve with lemon wedges.
