Pomfret - Silver
Recipe - Pomfret Curry :
- Marinate : Marinate pomfret steaks with turmeric and salt for 15-20 minutes.
- Prepare Curry: Sauté onions until golden, add ginger-garlic paste and chilies. Stir in tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
- Add Spices : Add red chili, coriander, and cumin powders. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add Coconut Milk : Pour coconut milk, simmer gently. Add pomfret steaks, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle garam masala, adjust salt, add lemon juice, and stir.
- Serve : Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
