Mahi Mahi
Recipe - Stuffed Squid Tubes :
- Marinate : Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Coat Mahi Mahi fillets, cover, and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Preheat Grill : Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high, and brush with oil.
- Grill : Grill fillets for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through and flaky.
- Serve : Rest for a couple of minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
